The primary requirements to apply for your Paycard are the following:

  • Must be 18 and above
  • Must have a proof of citizenship
  • Must be low income

If you already have Medicaid, this means you are already on the first step to getting qualified for government support. There are other requirements needed for one to qualify for support. However, having Medicaid means you have the initial requirement to apply for a Paycard. Talk to an enrollment advisor to get guidance to proceed.

There are many possible reasons why your request for an appointment seems to be unattended. It may be that the call to reach you did not get through. The GPS Paycard acts like any other prepaid card or debit card, with its most important feature being that it’s loadable. This means that whatever government support funding you receive can be easily downloaded and accessed through your GPS Paycard.

Payments to those receiving support funding via Paycards may be delayed for various reasons. These include undocumented changes, incomplete documentation, or missing approvals from signatories on required forms.
