Where and How Can I Use My Paycard Effectively?

The GPS Paycard functions like a pre-paid or debit card, with its key feature being its loadability. This means you can easily access and manage your government support funds directly through the card. Beyond convenience, the GPS Paycard offers several benefits: access to ATMs for cash withdrawals, the ability to borrow against your loaded funds, support for funding a 401K program, qualification for cost-effective group healthcare plans without screening, and seamless use for purchases and payments.

Why Haven't I Been Paid for My Work?

There are several reasons why payments may be delayed for individuals receiving support funding or payments through their Paycard.

These delays could stem from undocumented changes during the program, incomplete or incorrect documentation, or missing approvals or signatures on timesheets or other required forms. Regardless of the cause, GPS is committed to investigating and resolving any issues to ensure you receive the support funding you’re entitled to. For programs funded by Medicaid, it’s important to note that Medicaid has full authority over the allocation and management of funds.

GPS serves as a facilitating agency, ensuring that funding is distributed in compliance with Medicaid's instructions and guidelines.
